I am a WCI Certified personal coach with a niche specialization in recovery from addiction. My main focus is on helping others learn to first love themselves from the inside out as well as the outside in. I value personal freedom very highly – the ability to not only be who you are presently, but who you want to be, whenever you want to be. Sometimes all it takes to be yourself is just a vote of confidence from someone else – I can be that for you!
Here is who I want to work with:
- Those who want a little encouragement on their journey to self-love
- Those with low self-esteem
- Those who need a reminder every now and then to STAY STRONG!
- Those who battle depression and anxiety
- Those who are recovering from eating disorders*
- Those who are recovering from any type of addiction*
- Those who are at a big crossroads in their life, and are needing to “talk it out” before taking that leap
- Those who are coming out (or choosing not to come out) about their sexuality or gender and need someone to talk to and a shoulder to lean on
- Those who “don’t fit in” and need reassurance that it doesn’t matter! (Listen – it really doesn’t matter!)

*Please Note: Coaching does NOT replace therapy. In fact, coaching works best in conjunction with therapy. While therapy focuses on deciphering your past to figure out your present, coaching focuses on working through your present to catapult you into your future. We will set attainable goals and achieve them together. If you are choosing not to see a therapist for personal reasons, that is entirely up to you. However, you must remember that I, as a Coach, cannot diagnose or treat any illness or disorder (mental or physical), nor can I cure any disease or addiction. If I believe you need an additional specialist in our sessions, I reserve the right to recommend that to you as I see fit. Again, I cannot force you to see a therapist or a doctor – I can only kindly suggest it.
Look, learning to truly love and accept yourself is hard. It can be especially hard if you battle mental illness, or have a tragedy or two in your past that you are letting hold you back. With this program, we’ll map out all the reasons to love yourself, all the things you can love about yourself (there’s so many!!), and how to confidently proceed in life with self-love as your guide.
You have goals, right? Or if you don’t have any specific goals yet and you know you should – that’s okay too! Let’s figure out your goals together and then work out how to achieve them within a reasonable time frame. Procrastinators who have big dreams – this program is for you!
If you are in recovery or already consider yourself “recovered” from an addiction or eating disorder and want someone to help hold you accountable – I’m here! No matter how long you’ve been recovered for, I know how easy it is for old thoughts to creep back in. Sometimes, just someone to talk through it with is all you need. I’m here for you.

Pricing, Frequency, & Options
While coaching is my job, I do like to keep it affordable. Please do not be afraid to fill out the form just to inquire about pricing! Coaching is offered on a sliding scale, depending on what kind of coaching you need, how frequently, and how much additional support you would like. I do also take into account your personal situational. If you have something to barter, I’m all for hearing it out and maybe coming to a deal.
All first timers get one complimentary consultation email, where we figure out if we are the right fit for each other. From there, we go over the welcome packet, and determine the frequency of our sessions. Sessions can be conducted via email, text, walkie-talkie app (like Voxer), Facebook messaging, Google hangout, or phone. I am not offering video chat sessions at this moment.
